What is Hiver?
Hiver occupies a genuinely distinct position in the helpdesk market: rather than replacing Gmail with a separate interface, it adds shared inbox, assignment, and analytics capabilities directly inside Google Workspace. Teams work entirely within Gmail — the environment they already know — while Hiver layers on conversation assignment, internal notes, SLA tracking, and reporting through a sidebar extension.
